My Process

We start with an introduction call to ensure we’re a good fit, followed by an onboarding form to capture your requirements. Once we’ve agreed on a work proposal, I design the homepage and provide a video walkthrough to showcase the concept. With your feedback, I’ll move forward to build out the rest of the site, using specialist feedback software so you can easily provide input.

Upon completion, we’ll go through the handover process and launch, supported by a set of training videos tailored to your new site. You’ll also have 30 days of free email support to help you feel confident with your site from day one.
