GM Service Engineering Ltd launched in 2022 and wanted a website created for their engineering company, who specialise in servicing and repairing machines used within the catering industry.
For GMSE, the aim was to create a professional, reliable online presence that reflects the company’s expertise in the engineering industry. GMSE needed a website that could showcase their services, emphasise their commitment to quality, and make it easy for clients to learn about and connect with them.
Project Goals
The primary goal was to design a site that projected GMSE’s professionalism and deep industry knowledge. They wanted a website that would appeal to potential clients by clearly presenting their service offerings and company values. Additionally, the site needed to provide information in a straightforward, accessible way to support client engagement and inquiries.
Design Approach
To capture GM Service Engineering’s brand, I developed a clean, structured layout that combines simplicity with boldness. The design emphasises easy navigation and clear, organised sections that guide visitors to essential information. Using a black/white colour palette with orange accents, the aesthetic underscores the brand’s technical expertise and reliability.
A focus on well-placed calls-to-action was key to helping users connect with GMSE’s services quickly. Throughout the site, I used high-quality visuals and informative content to convey the company’s capabilities and track record.

Several key features were implemented to enhance the site’s functionality and user experience:
Service Breakdown: Each service is outlined in detail, giving potential clients a thorough understanding of GMSE’s expertise and offerings.
eCommerce Setup: Online bookings, sale of accessories and the sale of refurbished machines have all been added to this website since the initial launch.
Contact Integration: Easy-to-find contact options are included to encourage inquiries, making it simple for clients to reach out and start conversations.
Mobile Optimisation: Fully responsive design ensures that the site performs well across all devices, from desktops to smartphones, allowing users to access information conveniently from anywhere.

The final website effectively communicates GM Service Engineering’s commitment to quality and reliability, helping to establish their authority in the industry. The clean, professional design and user-friendly structure make it easy for clients to explore services and connect with the company, aligning perfectly with their business goals.
