One-off work, such as website fixes, changes or upgrades, is charged at a flat, competitive hourly rate. All you need to do is explain your problem, provide Tenji Digital with access to your Squarespace website and we’ll do the rest.

We carry out any work on the Squarespace platform, from updating copy, replacing images or uploading blog posts, to new page builds, complete redesigns and domain name configuration. Regardless of the size of the job, you’ll receive the same professional service.

If you are regularly updating your website, but wish to take a step back and leave it to Squarespace experts, you are likely to find value in the TenjiConnect Subscription, which comes packed with benefits, which include paying less for your changes.

  • I believe that charging fixed rates for projects, as opposed to hourly rates, is always the most transparent way of quoting work. That being said, it doesn't answer your question. All work is quoted off an estimate of the total amount of time at £40.00 per hour, with a minimum charge of £15.00.

  • Yes, they do. In fact, of all the applications I've ever used, Squarespace's technical support is up there with the best! There are some downsides though, where it may be better to get in touch with a Squarespace Circle member, such as myself:

    • you can't jump on a call with them

    • the live chat starts with a lot of copy-and-paste questions from the operative

    • they will refuse to help you if your request involves code in any way
