Welcome to this month’s edition of the Tenji Digital Newsletter.
The festive period is very nearly here. I’m looking forward to spending a little bit of time away from my laptop and catching up with family, before making a really productive start to 2025… and with a handful of new services, but more on that soon.

Squarespace News
NEW PROMO CODE TYPES AVAILABLE
This is a fantastic update to Squarespace. You can now create discount codes which can be applied to orders over a set amount, or orders that meet a set quantity of products, as well as applying discount to individual products. Squarespace are really upping their eCommerce game!
INSTAGRAM FEED API UPDATE
Instagram made an update to their API on 4th December. You may find that if you have an Instagram feed on your Squarespace site, it may not be updating.
Fortunately, I’ve got you covered - you can update this yourself by following the instructions in my blog post, here. There’s also a YouTube video on that blog post, if you prefer to watch.
STOCK BACKGROUND IMAGES
Another great release from Squarespace. Something I love to do is adding textured backgrounds using stock images. Instead of searching for things like “Abstract texture” and other variations, Squarespace now provides you with a whole library of these! You can see it on the Background tab of your Section options menu.

WEBSITE LAUNCH: KNIGHT STONE PAVING
Launched a new website this month for Knight Stone Paving, an Ashford-based paving slab provider. This has been my favourite design so far!
WEBSITE LAUNCH: LAND VALUE TAX
Another site launched this week is an advisory site to educate UK citizens and politicians about Land Value Tax, an alternative to Council Tax and other taxes. This was an interesting project, unlike any I’ve done before with soooo much copy, it was almost like setting up a blogging site, so it’s great to have something different in the portfolio.
